Activity Terms and Conditions
The proposed programme of activities will be confirmed by receipt of a completed booking form either by e-mail or post.
Birthday Parties and Stag / Hen events require a 20% none refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Balance of fee will need to be paid before the day of the activity. Larger organisations may be invoiced against a purchase order or by arrangement, giving 30 days from the completion of the course to pay the outstanding balance. Purchase orders should arrive before the start of the course.
Outdoor activities are inherently dangerous and the risk of serious injury or death cannot be completely eliminated. Go- Extreme takes every care to ensure the safety of both clients and staff and to minimise risk. Go-Extreme has an excellent safety record; however participants should be aware of the risks involved and should take responsibility for their own actions.
Go-Extreme will not take responsibility for any uninsured losses or damage to property.
On some occasions Go-Extreme will work with other providers to provide particular activities, in which this does not affect your rights as a consumer.
Cancellation by Clients
Cancellations can be made by email or telephone call. This only applies to larger organisations, community groups and schools. Birthday Parties and Hen/Stag Events may cancel, but will lose the 20% deposit.
Go-Extreme will only charge a fee to larger organisations if we have set off to deliver the session and its cancelled whist we are in the process of delivering the event. We understand weather conditions may have a factor on a particular activity. In most cases we would rather cancel the session and make new plans to deliver it again in the near future.
Cancellation by Go-Extreme
In the unlikely event of this occurring we will:
- Offer a total refund of any monies paid.
- Offer alternative dates.
- Make arrangements with another provider on your behalf.
We reserve the right to either cancel outright or remove individuals from any course at any time due to inappropriate behaviour, suspicion of participants being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, lack of suitable clothing, uncompleted consent forms or lack of group supervision by accompanying staff.
Any losses or damage caused to equipment by the wilful actions of an individual will be invoiced to the body or organisation booking activities on that persons behalf.
